The build-up to the Rugby World Cup is well and truly underway and as part of 3 News’ coverage we are beginning to bring you weekly cup updates from today.
Tonight we have tournament news, team profiles and preparations. Also in this video we have coverage of the weekend’s test matches.
The All Blacks begun World Cup with a big win over France, but the patchy performance has not overly impressed coach Graham Henry who says his team has a lot of work to do before the second test in Wellington.
The English have taken another hammering from South Africa, this time 55 – 22 in Pretoria. South Africa have now put 113 point on England in two tests – the next time they meet will be in the World Cup.
The Australians improved their performance in the second test against Wales thanks to former captain George Gregan.
