It's the moment a coach's heart skips a beat.

And All Black boss Graham Henry would have been no exception when his captain, Richie McCaw, tumbled to the ground during training in Marseille.
The world's premier openside flanker collided with a team-mate at high speed during a game of touch rugby. After rolling on the ground briefly, he sat up holding his shoulder. The pained expression suggested a serious problem. He was quite distressed and had immediate treatment to help alleviate the damage.
However, McCaw recovered during the day and was training with the All Blacks yesterday ahead of their second World Cup group match against Portugal in Lyon on Saturday.
McCaw was not the only player to worry Henry and the NZ medical team. Senior lock Chris Jack also took a blow to the shoulder after slamming into a team-mate during the same session. Ice was applied and he too was back in action yesterday. Jack has been named in the team to play Portugal, but McCaw's place as No 7 has gone to Chris Masoe. Blindside flanker Jerry Collins will lead the team. Two other injured All Blacks - Greg Somerville (Achilles tendon rupture and damaged retina) and fellow prop Neemia Tialata (concussion), have also been cleared to play.
Get well soon, cap'! and take your time!!!
Thank you Izzy for the link ;)

Howdy! This post could not be written any better!

Reading this post reminds me of my good old room mate! He always kept chatting about this.
I will forward this post to him. Fairly certain he will have a good read.
Thanks for sharing!
