No 8 Simon Taylor (Stade Francais) was unable to take part in today's final Scotland training session before tomorrows Bank of Scotland Corporate Autumn Test against New Zealand at Murrayfield. Taylor has suffered a calf strain and is being further assessed by the Scotland medical team.
As a result Allister Hogg=>, the 45-times-capped Edinburgh back-row forward, has been added to the Scotland squad. An announcement on the composition of the Scotland starting back-row will be made in due course
