Rugby: Changes to New Zealand teams
Wed, 13 Jun 2007 2:50p.m.

Two débutantes, a surprise recall and a switch in skipper are among the host of talking points in the All Blacks 22 to face the Canadian part-timers in Hamilton, this weekend.

As revealed today Chris Jack - the country's only lock spared from injury - will miss this weekend and the opening Tri-Nations test in South Africa.

The 30-year-old has taken leave for the birth of his first child with the blessing of coach Graham Henry.

There have been changes in the Junior All Blacks too after losing their front-line locks for this weekend's decisive Pacific Nations Cup battle with Australia A in Dunedin.

Kristian Ormsby has been promoted from the Maori side, while centre Ma'a Nonu has been drafted in from the senior All Blacks.
Sione Lauaki is also in the mix after recoveing from knee cartilage surgery.

Picture from Today's training session

- Even injuried, Ali Williams is still here (so Sebastien Chabal is not that bad! it's a joke Ali, sorry...)

- You remember the Maillot Juane thing we got last year? It's back! but Adidas has invested in it (look at the stripes on Anton Oliver's yellow jersey) but it's written Maillot Jaune (which is the right spelling -so Adidas people have corrected the spelling! THANK YOU!)

- Our favorite Captain is "reserve" but it doesn't mean he doesn't have to train...
